A taste of Morocco, in your kitchen perhaps?

We know you were all salivating reading Lindan's post about her time spent in Morocco. Lucky for us, she is a kind and generous soul, and she has shared some of the recipes that she prepared while enjoying cooking classes there.   1. In the lamb and quince recipe, the ingredients do not include quince, but dried apricots.
    Will this still work? Sounds yummy!

  3. Just checked with Lindan, and she says that the recipe should include both quince and dried apricots. Quince is listed right at the bottom though. Let us know how it goes!
